Hello, Hoopers! The classes that are currently running are Mondays 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM and Wednesdays at 10:00-11:00 AM at Island Martial Arts Dojo at 10255 Valley Road, in Rolling Bay on Bainbridge Island. I'd love to offer more classes, all I need is YOU! Come whittle your waist and strengthen your core...and feel joyful and free and flexible all at once. I'll see you Mondays and Wednesdays!
